For Musicians

You put time and heart into your craft. We want to connect you with churches that honor it.

You belong here

You have invested years in your instrument or your voice. You love God and you love His church. That combination is rare and it matters. A lot of platforms treat church musicians like gig workers. We do not see it that way. You are a minister with a craft, and the church needs you.

Sunday Musician was started by Jeremy and Jeramy, two worship leaders who are still active in local church ministry. We know what it feels like to show up, set up, serve, and tear down. We also know what it feels like when a church values you. That is the experience we want every musician on our list to have.

Pay that is clear and fast

One of the biggest frustrations for church musicians is wondering when and how much you will be paid. We make that simple. When you create your profile, you tell us your preference: a flat rate per service, a love offering, or volunteer. That goes on your profile before any church sees it.

When a church requests you and you accept the match, the rate is already set. No awkward conversations about money. No guessing. When you serve through Sunday Musician, payment is transferred to your account automatically on the day of the service. You focus on leading worship. We handle the rest.

Everything you need to show up and serve well

Nothing is worse than arriving at a church you have never visited and not knowing where to go, who to talk to, or what is expected of you. The app gives you everything before you walk in the door: the church address and service times, the name and contact info for your point person, the rehearsal schedule, the song list, and a bit about the church's worship style and culture.

Our goal is that by the time you walk through the door, you already know how the morning is going to go. You can focus on playing your best and serving the room instead of trying to figure everything out on the fly.

We see what you bring

You spend hours practicing parts that most people will not notice. You invest in gear that nobody except the sound guy might appreciate. You drive across town to serve a congregation that is not your home church, just because they needed help. You do it because you love God, you love His people, and music is how you serve them both.

That is not just a skill set. That is a calling. We built Sunday Musician because we believe musicians like you deserve to be appreciated, included, and honored when you share your gifts. Not treated like a temp. Welcomed like a trusted teammate. We personally reach out to every musician we connect with a church to make sure the experience was what it should have been.

Jeremy and Jeramy still serve every weekend in their local churches. This is not a startup idea we dreamed up in a coffee shop. It comes from years of living in the middle of it.

How it works

Create your profile

Tell us what you play, your experience level, your location and availability, and your pay preference. The whole thing takes a few minutes.

We match you

When a church submits a request that fits your profile, we reach out. You see the details upfront: when, where, who, what songs, and what it pays.

Serve and get paid

Show up prepared and serve well. Payment is transferred to your account on the day of the service. No invoices. No waiting. No follow-up.

Tell us how it went

We follow up after every match. Your feedback helps us make the next one better, and it helps churches know what serving with them is really like.
